WHO WE ARE
Flower Depot Distribution is a locally family owned and operated business. We opened in January 2022. We have come a long way from when we first opened and will continue to “wow” you with you with our product. We only work with the best farms and all of our products are personally tested by our General Manager Brandy. We do not work with farms that do not meet her quality standards which is why we are confident in what we have to offer. We offer fresh flowers, plants, vases, floral spray, floral foam, floral solutions and floral material. We deliver all of the West Texas and surrounding areas as well as Eastern New Mexico. We strive to provide the best customer service as well as the best quality of flowers directly to your flower shop. We are not open to the general public.
FAQ
When correctly cared for, FDD flowers last for a long time and will not expire! Keep them in a cool, dry place and remove them from the bag as soon as they arrive. If you dye your flowers, try to keep them out of direct sunlight and humid rooms.
We understand that quality is important to our customers, which is why we go to great lengths to ensure our Flower Depot Distribution are of the highest quality. We use only the best materials and craftsmanship to ensure our products are durable and beautiful. We also inspect each flower before it is shipped to ensure it meets our high standards. We are confident that our Flowers will bring you joy and satisfaction for years to come.
Our products are an organic material–they are not foam, therefore they WILL mold if left contained for an extended period of time. As soon as you receive your product open any flower bags to allow moisture to escape and prevent mold.
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
When you place an order, it goes through production. During large sales and/or busy seasons, production times may exceed standard production time; but rest assured we are working hard each day to get every order out in a timely manner. AFTER your order goes through production, it is then transferred to our shipping department.
Please note that all “build-it-for-me” orders can take up to 36 business days to process.
All other orders are processed within 4-5 business days.

Due to the large volume of orders received on a daily basis, we cannot combine multiple orders into one order. If you forgot a product we recommend creating a new order. For more information please visit our terms and conditions.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once an order is placed it is final and cannot be combined or modified. Read more about placing orders and cancellations/refunds on our terms & conditions page.
Due to high demand we are currently not shipping outside the US.
